Corporate Awareness and Sensitivity Workshop
What is this workshop About?
The transgender community is incredibly diverse and always growing, and yet many in the LGB+ community and allies don’t have sufficient understanding about the community. This is why here at The T Project, we created a training module for companies and other organisations to learn about the mythical transgender community and how they can better support the community.
As Singapore’s first and only social service for the transgender community, we are tapping on our knowledge and expertise to bring you the best resources and information for you and your organization.
What does this workshop cover?
There are three modules in our workshop — 1) Understanding gender identity, 2) Challenges in the community, 3) How to support the community. We also have the option of the style of workshops — 1) A simple presentation, or 2) An interactive workshop.
Ultimately, you have the choice of customizing the workshop to suit your organizations and your audience’s needs.

Who is this workshop for?
Whether you are an LGBT-friendly company or serve a lot of transgender clients, any organization can benefit from learning more about the transgender community in Singapore. How much will this cost?
The rates for the workshop vary depending on many factors including type of workshop, number of participants, number of speakers, etc. The fees from this workshop goes into supporting the programs at The T Project Shelter and Alicia Community, as well as paying volunteer speakers.
